At The NEST Centre Niagara, we understand the challenges families face, and we're here to help provide free baby essentials across the Niagara region. To ensure a smooth process, please review the following important details:

Hours of Operation: We are available Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Please note, we are closed on Fridays and weekends.

Item Collection: Pickups are scheduled for Tuesdays and Thursdays. Deliveries are made on Wednesdays, with a  $5 delivery fee to be paid prior to delivery.

Processing Time: All support bundles are processed promptly within 24-48 hours of your request. You will receive an email with your pick up/delivery time and date. If you do not receive an email in this time, please follow up with us.

Our Locations: We proudly serve families all across the region, from three convenient locations: Niagara Falls, Welland, and Port Colborne.

How to Receive Support: The most important step is to fill out our secure Google Form. Once submitted, one of our caring volunteers will contact you to arrange your support.

Important Note: As a donation-based non-profit, our inventory is subject to availability. While we strive to meet every need, we may not always have specific items in stock. We treat all families and volunteers with care and kindness.

How do I apply for free baby essentials from The NEST Centre Niagara

To receive support, please email us or contact us via social media to get the link to complete our Google Form. Once your form is submitted, a dedicated volunteer will reach out to you via email to coordinate the next steps, including pickup or delivery arrangements.

What types of free baby essentials do you provide?

We offer a wide range of free baby essentials, all made possible through generous donations. These include formula, diapers, wipes, post-partum supplies, period products, baby hygiene items, gently used clothing, and various baby gear. Please remember that all items are available on a first-come, first-serve basis and are subject to current stock.

What are your operating hours and item collection details?
